Return Policy, Shipping Notes, and General Order Information
Items may be returned for store credit or exchange only. Orders are eligible for return if they are received within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
We do not provide a return shipping label, you are responsible for shipping back to us and we will provide shipping back to you of the exchanged size or item. All merchandise must be unworn, free of fragrance, pet hair, deodorant, rips/tears, there must be no signs of wear.
All sale items, bodysuits, intimates, swimsuits, accessories, hats, shoes, and gift cards are final.
Items that are purchased during any kind of sale or used with a discount code are final.
Shipping and order processing may take four to five business days before your order is shipped. Once your order has shipped, it will ship via the shipping method selected and paid for at checkout. Please note that some orders may contain custom items that are being produced in house and could possibly take more time to complete and ship.
Zambezi Joy Society is not responsible for:
- Delays with the shipment carrier (UPS, DHL, USPS, etc)
- International duties or customs charges
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The carrier will be responsible once the package is shipped.
- Products marked delivered by the post office. You will need to contact your local post office to obtain information regarding your package.
We will not refund additional shipping charges if the carrier fails to meet their shipping times.
Zambezi Joy Society is not responsible once shipped from the store. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for lost or damaged packages once shipped.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to quickly process and ship, hence there is very little time to cancel or change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If our shipping staff contacts you regarding an incorrect address and a reply is not received from the customer within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
For customers outside of the USA:
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.
International customers (outside of United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be and we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
Store Credit and Exchanges
Exchange of size can be requested on your return slip. If the item is in stock, we will exchange the item. If the item is out of stock store credit will be issued. Store credit is only available to use one time. Store credit will expire after six months.
Please make sure that your return is within the policy period & meets all return requirements. Items that are not eligible for return will be shipped back to the customer and the customer will be charged for shipping.
In store pickup
For in-store pickup, your item will be held for 14 days. After that there is a $15 per week storage fee.
General Order Information
Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout! Due to High Volume of orders we cannot add discount codes after order has been placed
If you use a discount code that is considered a sale item and a final sale.
