For us, the joy of Halloween is all about playing! Remembering the child who loved to dress in Mom’s bras and hats, and wear Dad’s underpants over their pajamas like Superman. It’s about real world fun and connection, preparing feasts, making treats, planning tricks, hitting the streets.
We love to bring out the pumpkins as soon as October rolls around, and with the Zambezi Joy Society gang, painting Chitenge patterns on our big round pumpkins to place at the door is just about the most fun a grown up and a kid can have! Simmer Sessions
Our bestsellers, Jars of Joy are restocked and ready for the holidays, packed with orange, cranberry, nutmeg, cinnamon, rosemary, allspice, star anise, and black pepper. These make fabulous stocking, hostess, teacher and self-love gifts.
Instructions: tip jar contents into a saucepan, add 5 cups of water and simmer away. Top up with water to make your potpourri last a few days. Spread JOY!
