Credit Card Payments:
All payments made online via our secure payment gateway will automatically be allocated to the order. You warrant that you are fully authorised to use the credit card supplied for purposes of paying for the Goods. You also warrant that your credit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website. If we do not receive payment authorisation for your order, the goods will be cancelled.
We do accept payment by direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer: if you pay via direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer, payment must be made within 5 days of placing your order. Please use your order number as reference. All payments should be made in full and free of any bank charges. Proof of payment to be sent to: email@example.com
Orders are only processed and shipped on business days. Tracking number will be provided by email after processing your order.
The purchaser shall inspect the goods on arrival and must notify the Zambezi Joy Society (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of receipt of the goods if any goods are damaged and items not received. Please do not use any goods without checking them to be correct first. Please contact us via email immediately.
Should the purchaser fail to do this it shall be deemed as goods accepted. If the purchaser wants to return any goods for whatever reason the purchaser may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods. All goods must be returned in an unused condition.
Zambezi Joy Society will refund or replace the goods, however Zambezi Joy Society will not be liable for the refund on shipping expenses unless it is due to an error on our behalf.
* PLEASE NOTE: Just like us, our products are not perfect. They are made in our local villages and will have man-made and natural product imperfections. This gives them their soul!
